Camera Ready president/CEO Rhonda Overby founded the firm in 1995 and
has headed the company since. Camera Ready is located in Baltimore County, Maryland and services clients all over the United States - from major corporations, government agencies, and charities, to small companies and organizations. The firm is unique in that it had clients before it had a name. Overby served as a network television news anchor, reporter, talk show host and producer before becoming an entrepreneur. When executives, within large organizations, learned of her plans, they sought her extensive media expertise.  Rhonda’s dedication to excellence, insistence upon meeting deadlines – (ingrained from her live television background, where deadlines were not optional, not even for one-second, as the show could not "go to black"), and ability to add value, resulted in contracts, referrals and expansions.
